It’s not nice to be degraded or damned. If you live in a situation surround of judgmental-ism, criticism, accusation, or rejection, then you know real pain. You do have an enemy. When asked why he believed in the Devil, one person responded, “I believe in a big devil because I see so many little devils around me.” That big devil and a bunch of little ones are after you. It gets worse. Other people side with those devils. You end up severely put down. But it still can get worse. What if you believe the evil things said about you? You turn on yourself. You become your worst enemy accusing your self!
This is described in poetic analogy in Scripture, “Behold all ye that kindle a fire, that compass yourselves about with sparks…” What should you then do? That is what this teaching is about. Your genuine happiness is dependent on being able to live without condemnation.
