A Mental Stronghold is an erroneous idea that has been fortified in our thinking which creates ongoing bondage affecting ind infecting many areas of life. Strongholds are false ideas that hold us prisoners. The only difference between them and the cold steel bars of a prison is that we carry the prison bars with us everywhere we go.
